Puszka "Skarby Lasu"/ Altered can "Treasures of Forest"

Dzisiaj mam dla Was kolejny recyklingowy projekt - puszkę altered art jako inspiracja dla CrafTangles. Do jej wykonania wykorzystałam elementy przyniesione ze spaceru - żołędzie.

Today I have for you another recycled project - altered can with Moss Effect Texture Pastes.

I called this piece "Treasures of Forest" because I used acorns and wood slices to create it.

Złota kartka z folią/ Golden card with transparent foil

Witajcie! Ostatnio robię dużo prac z wykorzystaniem złotych mgiełek, zwłaszcza Ayeeda Mist Old Gold skradła moje serce. Zobaczcie jakie ciekawe mixed mediowe tło można wykonać wykorzystując kilka kolorów mgiełek i odrobinę pasty strukturalnej.

Hello! Recently I have been doing a lot of work using golden mists, especially Ayeeda Mist Old Gold stole my heart. See what interesting mixed media background can be done using several colors of mists and a little structural paste.

Czarno-biały motyw kwiatowy to oczywiście folia Transparent foil "The night garden",wycięta i pomalowana od spodu białym gesso. Tak bardzo podoba mi się ten motyw, że postanowiłam nie dodawać za wiele i w centrum umieściłam dużą różę z tego zestawu.

Black and white floral motif is of course Transparent foil "The night garden", cut and painted from below with white gesso. I like this element so much that I decided not to add too much and I put a large rose in the center from this set.

Całości dopełniła naklejka z napisem "Celebruj chwile" naklejona na paper spryskany mgiełkami.

The whole is completed by a sticker with the words "Celebrate moments" stuck on paper sprayed with mists.

Mediowa szkatułka z filmem video/ Mixed media box with a video tutorial

Dzisiaj mam dla Was projekt altered art - drewnianą szkatułkę. Dodatkowo zrobiłam krótki filmik z procesu jej powstawania.

Today I have for you an altered art project - wooden box. I also made step by step video tutorial with the creating process.

Jak zobaczycie na filmie, użyłaem tylko czarnego gesso i wosków. Aby nadać efektu patyny, delikatnie techniką suchego pędzla nałożyłam farbę kredową.

As you will see on the video, I used only black gesso and Art Waxes. To achieve the patina look I lightly dry brush with Chalky Paints.
